GYNELLA Silver Gel is a medical device acting in the treatment of bacterial, mycotic and viral infections such as candidiasis and warts and as adjuvant in the treatment of post-partum lesions.
GYNELLA Silver Gel is a cream-gel based on a TIAB, a complex of titanium dioxide functionalized with covalently linked monovalent silver, whose primary action is to constitute a barrier that protects the tissues and create the best condition to prevent recurrences of bacterial, mycotic and viral infections, in particular herpetic.
The presence of dimethicone brings significant contribution to the film-forming action of the medical device, helping to create a barrier effect.
In addition, due to its characteristics and to the ancillary function of its components, GYNELLA Silver Gel achieves a moisturizing effect. Aloe Vera has
lenitive, calming, hydrating, refreshing, soothing effects, thanks to the presence of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, that give quick relief to the typical discomfort caused
by inflammation, such as burning and tingling symptoms caused by Herpes or by the presence of Candida or vaginal warts; furthermore, it confers tissue tone and elasticity,
supporting the wound healing process and helping to maintain physiological immunological defences.
GYNELLA Silver Gel exerts dual action:
• isolates the area of application from external microbial
aggression;
• limits microbial colonization in the area of application,
creating the best possible conditions for tissue regeneration.
TIAB®
TIAB® represents a new “era” for medical Silver. TIAB® is an innovative complex molecular system developed by means of micro- technologies which incorporate Silver ions Ag+ combined with Titanium Dioxide (TiO2). Silver ions thanks to the covalent bound to titanium dioxide have very high antimicrobial activity.
SODIUM HYALURONATE
Contributes to filmogenic action and strengthens the barrier effect.
The medical product GYNELLA® Silver Gel is applied once a day for one week, followed by a break without application for the next week. Then again the application once a day for the next week.
Instruction for Use – before use clean the area to be treated and dry thoroughly; apply a thin layer of cream-gel onto the affected area; do not massage.
