It is reported that almost 40-50% of women over 45 (menopausal period) suffer from dryness of the vaginal mucosa. During this period, the level of estrogen in the body drops significantly, which is also manifested by changes in the vaginal mucosa. Due to the lack of estrogen, the mucous membrane of the vagina thins, loses its elasticity and ability to lubricate. There is drying out and insufficient tissue regeneration. The vaginal pH rises and the mucosa becomes more susceptible to vaginal infections.
The problem does not only affect women going through menopause, but can occur in women of all ages who have reduced levels of the female sex hormone estrogen.
GYNELLA® Balance with a combination of soy isoflavones and hyaluronic acid hydrates the vaginal mucosa in menopausal women and, together with tyndalized lactic acid bacteria and lactic acid, helps to maintain vaginal microbial balance.
Lactic acid maintains the natural pH value in the vagina and thus protects it from harmful external influences.
Soy isoflavones help to restore the natural level of estrogen during menopause and increase the elasticity of the vaginal mucosa. They thus supplement the effect of hyaluronic acid and alleviate unpleasant feelings of tension and dryness.
Hyaluronic acid contributes to the hydration and elasticity of tissues and thus supports the supplementation of the effect of soy isoflavones.
Tyndallized lactobacilli:
One application a day for 10 days, preferably in the evening before going to bed. Start the therapy ten days before the start or immediately after the end of the menstrual cycle.
